Encore is one of Edinburgh's flagship cocktail bars hidden beneath the gorgeous West End Brasserie, directly across from both The Johnnie Walker Experience and The Waldorf Astoria.
This brand new cocktail bar and lounge beautifully captures the essence of 1920's prohibition Paris with a modern twist, offering a diverse selection of exquisite bespoke cocktails, premium spirits, beers, wines and small plates. This makes it an excellent choice for a wide range of occasions.
Our menus have been created with flavour, theatre and style in mind, offering our guests something truly unique.
Our cocktail menu features 10 delicious classic cocktails and 10 signature cocktails (which change every 3 months) to keep things fresh for our guests.
We also offer a wide range of premium spirits, beers and wines plus a selection of delicious small plates to share including beef carpaccio and our famous French onion soup dumplings!

Although walk-ins are welcome, we always recommend booking in advance.
We have three main areas at Encore. The bar, the lounge and the private booths. Each of these areas offer their own unique advantages. For groups of 6 or more please contact us here and we will be happy to offer you some bespoke options.
Please also note that we do require card details to secure your reservation. The card will only be charged in the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
